T&D Tool Services is fully dedicated to the tungsten carbide and diamond industry. We specialize in carbide form tools, special ground inserts, and wear part applications. We have the capabilities of cutting and lapping diamond (PCD and CBN) inserts. Our in-house grinding facilities and EDM capabilities allow us to supply all of your carbide and diamond needs.
We have a full line of carbide blanks, rods, and strips for fabrication of your special tools. We stock in-house carbide endmills, drills, and inserts for immediate shipment from our stock.
 We have a 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Dickson TN and have been in business since 1983. We have a complete manufacturing process which includes EDM machines both Wire and Sinker. |
 We offer distribution services from some of the leading carbide tooling manufacturers. Our alliance with these manufacturers enables us to get you the tools you need at a minimal cost. |
 Our machine shop contains a variety of equipment for fabricating the tools you need. Some of our featured precision equipment includes EWAG Grinders, EDM Wire Cutting and ACCU Grinders. |
