We offer a full regrind service for all of your carbide tooling needs. If you have endmills, drills, reamers, workrest blades, shear blades or any other tools you need reground we can assist you at a fraction of a new tool but still maintain tool life.
After the regrind process we can also recoat you tools if they need coating. We also offer a repair service for milling cutters, toolholders, indexable tooling.
T & D Tool Services has the in-house capabilites to offer a retip or relapping process on all your diamond tooling needs. If your tools aren’t crashed to the point of unrepairable we can retip the PCD or CBN and you will be up and running within 1 to 2 weeks. If your tools only have wear we can relap the PCD or CBN and offer a 2 to 3 day turnaround.
